We are committed to providing customers with a good shopping experience, so Luxoria Home believes in quick and easy returns, and wants to make this process as easy as possible for you.

RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS WITH NO REASON.
A return request must be submitted to us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Qualifying items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. If 30 days have gone by since package delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that the buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. - Please note there are several important points which we strongly advise you read below before you place the order. By sending payment it will mean you automatically wish to enter you into a legal binding contract with Luxoria Home under all the terms and conditions including returns, cancellations and refunds policies as stated on this website. The contract will be binding upon receipt of payment by Luxoria Home unless Luxoria Home declares at any time by any communication method that the order has not been accepted. In which case Luxoria Home will refund any funds owing – please see full Terms and Conditions.
- If there is any part damaged during the shipment or any defects found during the installation, we will replace the part for free.
- A return request must be submitted to us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Qualifying items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
- Only unassembled, uninstalled items are eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns on custom, made to order, or modified products. They are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Return warehouses are located in California and New York, Sydney and London.
- Each Luxoria Home chandelier comes with a 2-years warranty, protecting you against color fading and factory defects. Warranty does not cover altered items, products exposed to abnormal weather conditions, improper installation or misuse. Bulbs are not warranted for any specific period of time.
- Please note that refunds will not be issued until we are in receipt of the returned product.
- We guarantee that our products are made from the best materials and we hire highly experienced workers. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee which means you will be satisfied with every order.
About Shipping
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Standard shipping(ship by express)
Standard shipping orders can take up to 5 working days to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.
Note: Shipping costs shown include fuel surcharges. Buyers are responsible for all other charges incurred (e.g Import charges and taxes).
Shipping area is available to the following countries and districts: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macao, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Israel.
For all other countries, there will be extra cost for shipping. Please contact us for details.
Transportation time:
- Australia: 4~7 working days.
- Japan: 3~4 working days.
- The US: 4~6 working days.
- Canada: 4~7 working days.
- United Kingdom: 4~8 working days.
- EU countries: 5~10 working days.
Ocean Shipping(door to door)
For most large products, such as chandeliers, are shipped via ocean shipping by default, the specific delivery method shall be subject to the product page description. (customers can pay for express service)
Processing time for ocean shipping orders: 7-15 working days.
Transportation time:
- Australia: 25-30 working days
- USA: 25-30 working days
- Europe: 30-35 working days

Tariff:
We will pay for the tariffs and customs fee.
